IF TRACKING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY BENOA SWIM, AND THE PARCEL WAS LOST, THE ISSUE IT OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE RECOMMEND CONTACTING USPS/MAIL CARRIER.

Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.

We pride ourselves on fast shipping, we try to get orders out the day that they come in.  But please keep in mind, all items are shipped from Hawaii and can take up to 2 weeks to be received from day ordered.  Thank you for your patience.
