       SHIPPING, AND EXCHANGES

      *Please note, by purchasing an/all items from Benoa Swim, you agree that you've read over and understand our exchange and shipping policy*

      WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

      A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via Email (info@benoaswim.com).

      *** Important: Do NOT send your exchange back to us before being in contact with us VIA email. Packages received with no information, and no email trace will be returned back to sender. 

      Unfortunately we are unable to offer style exchanges. We only offer size exchanges!

      Exchanges are only accepted for the Collection that you originally purchased! ex: If you Originally ordered OHANA resort, you won't be able to exchange for the SUMMER collection! 

      We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for different sizes!

      SALE ITEMS: Discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available. That includes all items bought at Trunk Shows!

       PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: While making an exchange, after our team receives the exchanged item, If the bikini is not up to our teams standard of being in 'brand new' condition. Your request will be refused and sent back.

      BROKEN & FAULTY ITEMS

      If you receive a broken or faulty item, please contact us via email, using your order number as the subject.

      Once approved through email, follow the: STEPS FOR EXCHANGE found below to send the faulty item back to us. No exchange number is needed, but do include your order number in the return package. 

      It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place. If the customer refuses to send the broken/faulty item back, we can offer only a partial refund.

       

      SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      ***BENOA SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages***

      If tracking information is provided by BENOA SWIM, and the parcel was lost, the issue it out of our control. We recommend contacting USPS/mail carrier.

      Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.

      Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.

       

       

      STEPS FOR EXCHANGE 

      IMPORTANT: The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached ( Bikini Liner included ). Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused, and sent back to customer. 

      Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap.

      Step 1) 

      Email info@benoaswim.com with Your order number as the email SUBJECT.

      Tell us what you would like to like to exchange for and why.  IMPORTANT: ***please make sure that the size in the style and color you're looking for is available on our website! *** Also, please keep in mind that we only offer SIZE SWAPS!

      Step 2)

      Once approved via email, we will provide you with an exchange number. ( If we receive an exchange without the exchange number, it will be sent back )

      Once that number is received, please continue to send your return back to us!

      ***VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure to include your order Invoice with an added note, including:

      • Your Exchange number.
      • What you're exchanging for, and why. (ex. Swapping small bottoms for medium in same style and color, bottoms fit too tight.) That way we don't get your exchange confused.

      *Please note, shipping fees associated with returning the suit (one way) back to Benoa HQ are the responsibility of the customer.

      STEP 3)

      Please provide us with shipping information! (Tracking and carrier)

      Once our team receives and approves the return, then we will ship back to the customer. 

      *** Exchange pieces on our side will only be put on hold/reserved for 10 days after email confirmation with customer. It is your responsibility to make sure to send your exchange pieces to us within that 10 day frame. Otherwise, the pieces on hold will be re-listed on the website. ***

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      • $35*  -  USPS 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail International Shipping

      *Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.

      By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.
