SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, via Email or Direct Messaging on Instagram.
IMPORTANT: The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached ( Bikini Liner included ). Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused, and sent back to customer.
Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap. The items must be returned to PO Box 1219 / Haleiwa, HI 96712-1116 before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of items at the time. Once our team receives and approves the return, then we will ship back to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: Discounted items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available. That includes all items bought at Trunk Shows!
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED BETWEEN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS*. WILL CONTACT YOU IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR CREDIT VERIFICATION.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
BENOA SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
- $30* - USPS 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail International Shipping
*Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.
